Rhodes parasailing accident: Two British kids die and one injured

Two British kids were killed and but another has been injured in a parasailing accident in Rhodes, Greece.

Two brothers, used 15 and 13, and their female cousin, 15, were on holiday when a rope preserving their parachute snapped, the Greek coastguard acknowledged.

The 13-year-passe boy and 15-year-passe lady died whereas the older boy is in a “serious situation with a number of injuries” in a sanatorium on the island.

Two americans connected with the speedboat were arrested.

The trio were being towed by a speedboat when the accident took characteristic on Wednesday at around noon local time and are acknowledged to were came all over on rocks end to Lindos, on Rhodes.

Their bodies were came all over by members of the coastguard and the fire department who had been contacted by the particular person that managed the boat, the Greek coastguard spokesman acknowledged.

“It is beneath investigation about how the rope became lower,” he added.

“The man who managed the speedboat and but another person were arrested.”

A Foreign, Commonwealth & Vogue Place of job spokesman acknowledged: “We are supporting the family of two British americans following their loss of life in Rhodes, and are exciting with the Greek authorities.”
